NuQueue is provided as a queue management system for businesses and organizations to manage customer queue tickets, queue displays, reports, and optional notifications.

Use of Service

Users agree to use NuQueue only for lawful queue management and customer service purposes.

Notifications

SMS and WhatsApp notifications are optional and depend on the tenant’s configured messaging provider. Customers should only receive notifications when they have chosen to be notified.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Limitation of Liability

NuQueue is not responsible for delays, failed notifications, third-party API issues, internet connectivity problems, or user device limitations.
