Customer Queue Pages
Understand NuQueue QR ticket pages, kiosk pages, customer display screens, and counter screens.
Customer-facing pages depend on your plan features. If a module is not included in your plan, its menu, onboarding link, and direct public URL may be hidden or blocked.
QR Ticket Page
The QR Ticket Page allows customers to scan a QR link and take a ticket from their phone.
Use this for walk-in customers who prefer using their own device.
Display the QR code near the entrance or service counter.
Customers can take a ticket without touching a shared kiosk device.
Kiosk Ticket Page
The Kiosk Ticket Page is designed for a shared tablet, touchscreen, or kiosk device.
Customers select a service and take a ticket from the kiosk.
The kiosk can return to the service selection screen automatically after ticket issue.
Printing can be automatic when Local Print Bridge is configured.
Customer Display Screen
The Customer Display Screen shows now-calling tickets and waiting list information on a TV or monitor.
Use it in waiting areas so customers can see queue progress.
Sound announcements can help alert customers when a ticket is called.
Display profiles can be used to control different screen layouts where available.
Counter Screen
The Counter Screen is a fullscreen staff screen for calling, serving, skipping, cancelling, no-show handling, and transferring tickets.
